Amazon Account Handler (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Amazon Account Handler to join our dynamic e-commerce team. If you have hands-on experience with managing Amazon Seller Central, optimizing listings, and driving sales performance this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon seller accounts
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Ensure a healthy Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Set up and optimize advertising campaigns (CPC management)
  • Provide top-tier customer service and issue resolution
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare regular performance and sales reports

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Amazon account handling or e-commerce operations
  • Strong command of Amazon Seller Central and related tools
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales and data analysis
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies (a plus)
