Job Title: Workshop Supervisor – Welding & Fabrication / Powder Coating

Location: MUSCAT

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of welders, fabricators, and other workshop personnel.

  • Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Coordinate daily workshop activities and allocate tasks based on priorities and skill sets.

  • Review blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to ensure work complies with client specifications.

  • Perform quality control inspections on completed work and address any defects or issues.

  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for upcoming projects.

  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and ensure high levels of productivity.

* Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE of POWDER COATING WORKS

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar role in welding and fabrication.

  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and fabrication processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding).

* Strong command of metal cutting, fabrication, bending, measurement.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Experience with workshop machinery, tools, and equipment.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs145, Rs185,000.00 per month
