We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our Amazon store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, product listings, inventory management, advertising campaigns, and customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can optimise store performance, increase sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product rankings.
  • Handle order processing, inventory tracking, and stock replenishment.
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (sponsored products, brands, and display ads).
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse reports, and suggest growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve listing or account issues.
  • Manage customer service – respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns/refunds.
  • Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Create and maintain reports on sales, ads, and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA/FBM processes.
  • Experience with Amazon PPC, keyword research, and product ranking strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
