1DesigningHub is offering an exciting opportunity for freshers to join as Social Media Sales Trainees. This is a full-time, office-based night shift job in North Karachi (not remote).

We are searching for energetic and motivated individuals who are eager to learn how to engage with online communities, connect with clients, and grow in the digital sales industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to engage with communities on Discord and other social media platforms.
  • Assist in identifying leads and converting them into sales.
  • Work closely with the in-house team to support clients.
  • Follow training and guidance to develop strong sales skills.
  • Achieve sales targets with a learning attitude.

Requirements:

  • No prior sales experience required – freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Discord, etc.).
  • Good communication and confidence in dealing with people.
  • Must be willing to work night shift (on-site).
  • Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn under pressure.
