Position Overview:

We are looking for freshers to join us as Social Media Sales Trainees. You will learn to engage with online communities, generate and convert leads, support client campaigns, and grow with our digital sales team. This is a night-shift, on-site position in Block A, North Nazimabad.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with communities on platforms such as Discord, Instagram, Facebook etc.
  • Help identify leads and assist in converting them into sales under supervision.
  • Support clients by working closely with the in-house team.
  • Follow training, scripts and guidance to build strong sales competencies.
  • Strive to meet sales targets with a positive learning mindset.
  • Maintain records of customer / client interactions and sales outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome; no prior sales experience required.
  • Basic knowledge and usage of social media platforms (Discord, Facebook, Instagram etc.).
  • Good communication (English), confidence talking to people.
  • Willingness to work night shift, on-site.
  • Target-oriented mindset, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, team-player, eager to learn.

Compensation / Pay:

  • Base stipend: Rs. 5,000 – Rs. 8,000 / month
  • Plus commissions & attractive bonuses.
  • Salary reviews possible after successful probation / strong performance.
