Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Estimator at B N Restoration located in Lahore. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing labor, material, and time requirements, reading and understanding blueprints and technical documents, and collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met. The role also includes the tasks of collecting data, maintaining records, and analyzing completed projects to improve future estimates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cost estimation and data analysis
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office and Planswift
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry is a plus
