Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Fabric Sourcing, located in Sialkot. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing fabric sourcing, ensuring quality control, procurement, and team management. Daily tasks include negotiating with suppliers, overseeing textiles quality, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Control and ensuring fabric standards
  • Skills in Procurement and negotiating with suppliers
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of around 20+ staff level employee's effectively
  • Knowledge of Textiles and fabric sourcing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
