E-Commerce Associate

A division of Loyalty Sense has a presence on Amazon, Shopify and Walmart for e-commerce.

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Associate – Shopify to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, strong product listing skills, and a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO optimization for products.

Key Responsibilities

• Add, update, and manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate details, pricing, and high-quality images.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and metadata for Shopify SEO to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.
• Create and manage discount codes, coupons, and promotional campaigns within Shopify.
• Manage collections, categories, and navigation for an enhanced customer experience.
• Handle bulk product uploads/updates using CSV files.
• Ensure smooth integration of apps, tools, and third-party plugins required for store functionality.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
• Generate sales and performance reports using Shopify analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic store, checkout, or integration issues.
• Email marketing integration (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify Email) → setting up abandoned cart flows, promos, and newsletters.
• Upselling / cross-selling strategies → related products, bundles, or volume discounts.
• Stay up to date with Shopify updates, apps, and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• University Degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration or Marketing
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores. 1–2 years in Shopify management
• Strong knowledge of Shopify dashboard, admin features, and product management.
• Understanding of Shopify SEO (meta tags, alt text, structured data)
• Knowledge of discounts, coupons, and promotions management on Shopify.
• Experience with online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work with CSV files for bulk product uploads, catalogue management, data management, and reporting tasks. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid for theme tweaks.
• Knowledge of POS hardware, office products and computer Peripherals and accessories is a plus.
• Knowledge of Walmart marketplace is a plus.
