Cappah International is looking for motivated and detail-oriented business development officer to join our team and support the Sales Head in day-to-day operations, customer coordination, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact potential international customers and follow up on leads provided by the company.

· Record, update, and manage all sales leads in Excel for management tracking.

· Assist in preparing quotations, pricing sheets, and sales proposals for export clients.

· Maintain organized digital records of customers including quotations, invoices, and correspondence.

· Support the Sales Head in daily operations, documentation, and client coordination.

· Communicate professionally with international clients, particularly from European markets, via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

· Conduct market and competitor research, especially focused on European trends and pricing.

· Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

· Perform email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to promote CAPPAH's products globally.

· Utilize Mailchimp and WhatsApp automation tools to manage and analyze campaign performance.

· Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth sales and marketing operations.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Excellent communication skills in English

· Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence.

· Knowledge and practical experience with tools like Mailchimp for email marketing and WATI for WhatsApp automation are preferred.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.

· Prior experience in sales coordination, export business development, or international marketing will be preferred.
