The Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving strategic, data-informed marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, accelerate performance across channels, and contribute to overall business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Position JBS as a premier AI Brand by managing the publication of case studies, media placements, and high-engagement webinars focused on real-world AI impact.
- Automate Lead Gen & Nurturing Workflows through tools like ACE chatbot, Calendly AI, CRM integration, and email automation to improve conversion across the funnel.
- Build a scalable Marketing Automation Infrastructure by integrating all digital tools and dashboards (GA4, CRM, Power BI), enabling real-time campaign reporting and reducing manual work.
- Implementing Website Optimization & Relaunch by through upgrade of the JBS website, including UX/UI, SEO, content updates, and AI integrations to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Leverage AI in Marketing Operations by embedding GPT tools, OCR, and dynamic personalization across content, email, and analytics to enhance performance and scalability.
- Ensure AI Governance & Compliance by implementing frameworks, running quarterly audits, and training all staff on secure and ethical AI usage within marketing workflows.
- Align Project & Task Management Across BUs using collaborative tools (Planner, BI dashboards) to track initiative progress, streamline reporting, and improve delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, Product, IT, Compliance) and vendors to ensure seamless tech implementation and optimization.
- Monitor digital KPIs across platforms and continuously improve processes based on performance data.
Skills:
- Strong command of MarTech tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, GA4, Power BI, Looker, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation, AI-powered chat tools, and dynamic content personalization.
- Familiarity with web analytics, SEO optimization, and conversion rate improvement techniques.
- Experience managing website redesigns, technical SEO audits, and UX/UI workflows.
- Working knowledge of AI governance, compliance standards, and ethical considerations in digital content.
- Ability to connect disparate systems and automate workflows through planning, tagging, and dashboarding tools.
- Highly analytical, tech-savvy, and process-oriented.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple digital platforms and deliver under tight timelines.
- Fast learner with adaptability to evolving tech and AI trends.
- Organized, proactive, and results driven.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certifications in Marketing Automation, AI Tools, or Web Strategy are a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or website management.
- Demonstrated experience executing AI or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage website performance, campaign analytics, and MarTech platforms.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and data privacy compliance for AI tools is preferred.
