About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven performance marketing specialist to join our team at Al Ahmar Marketing Hub.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns while supporting the Sales and Account Management teams in presenting strategies and performance reports to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team during client meetings to provide strategic input, campaign insights, and advertising recommendations.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve specific KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage clients' ad budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and performance across platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Studio to guide ad visuals, content direction, and messaging that align with campaign objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform trends, algorithm updates, and policy changes across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct internal training sessions for the marketing and creative teams on performance best practices and advertising updates.
  • Oversee the correct setup and tracking of all campaigns (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API, GA4, etc.).
  • Support the agency's own digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Meta Insights, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of ad visual performance and messaging strategies.
