About the role

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Interns to support our Procurement and Supply Chain team. This internship offers hands-on experience in vendor management, purchasing processes, and procurement operations within a fast-paced IT environment. You'll gain valuable exposure to sourcing strategies, contract handling, and internal procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for IT hardware, software, and services

· Support the procurement team in processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records

· Help collect and analyze supplier quotes, pricing comparisons, and delivery timelines

· Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning for resource needs

· Maintain and update procurement documents and vendor databases

· Assist in tracking supplier performance and resolving issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing

· Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Admin) to ensure timely procurement and compliance with budgets

· Support negotiations and drafting of basic supplier agreements (under supervision)

Required Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field

· Strong interest in procurement, logistics, or IT supply chain processes

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (a plus but not required)

Note: It's a Full-time On-site job in Gulberg 3, Lahore

Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM / 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs25,000.00 per month
