Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing customer invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and financial accuracy to support the company's cash flow and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Process incoming payments and record transactions in the accounting system.
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing queries, discrepancies, or payment issues.
  • Prepare aging reports and assist in credit control management.
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service team to resolve account issues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting role (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Good understanding of financial regulations and credit management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
