About the Role

We're seeking a
highly confident and persuasive Sales Closer
to convert qualified leads into paying clients for our AI-driven marketing and automation services. You'll work closely with our lead generation and business development teams to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with apparel and fashion brands globally.

You should have strong communication skills, sales instincts, and the ability to build trust quickly with brand owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and follow up with pre-qualified leads sourced by the lead generation team.

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and closing conversations with apparel and fashion brand founders, marketing heads, and eCommerce owners.

  • Present our AI-powered marketing and automation services with confidence and clarity.

  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

  • Maintain records of calls, proposals, and deals in the CRM.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly closing targets and conversion goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience
    in B2B or SaaS sales — preferably selling marketing, automation, or AI-based services.

  • Proven
    track record of closing deals
    with international clients (especially in fashion, eCommerce, or digital services).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Confidence in handling high-ticket conversations via Zoom, phone, and email.

  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or

  • Strong understanding of client needs and sales psychology.

  • Ability to work full-time onsite in
