This is an Onsite Role, Unreal Engine Game Developer will be responsible for playing a key role in developing cutting-edge gaming experiences. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement gameplay mechanics, AI systems, user interfaces, multiplayer and VR/AR functionalities. With your expertise in Unreal Engine, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and optimizing game features to deliver high-quality and immersive gameplay.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement gameplay mechanics, systems, and features using Unreal Engine
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, designers, and other developers to create a cohesive and immersive gaming experience
  • Create and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, performance, and modularity
  • Optimize game performance and debugging issues to deliver a smooth and seamless gameplay experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the game development process
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high quality and bug-free game releases
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field
  • Atleast 3 years of experience in Game Development using Unreal,
  • Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting
  • Solid understanding of game development principles, including gameplay mechanics, AI, and physics simulations
  • Experience with multiplayer and networking functionalities in Unreal Engine
  • Proficient with C++ programming language for game development
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, code reviews, and testing
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Experience in Unity will be plus
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
