Growth Marketer
to scale our apps and games through data-driven strategies and creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    user acquisition strategies
    across multiple ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize
    paid campaigns
    to achieve CPI, ROAS, and LTV targets.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to design
    growth funnels, in-app events, and retention loops.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    on creatives, onboarding flows, and pricing models to improve conversion rates.
  • Work with the
    ASO (App Store Optimization)
    team to boost installs and visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Identify and scale high-performing marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute
    cross-promotion
    strategies across our app and game portfolio.
  • Stay updated with
    industry trends
    , competitor strategies, and new ad technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in
    mobile app or game marketing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    mobile attribution and analytics tools
    (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer, ).
  • Proven track record of scaling apps through
    paid UA campaigns
    .
  • Experience with
    creative optimization
    ,
    funnel analysis
    , and
    retention strategies
    .
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Passion for mobile apps, gaming, and growth marketing.
