Job Overview

The
Product Owner – UI/UX Designer
will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the product lifecycle, and designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This role requires a combination of product ownership expertise and hands-on UI/UX design skills to ensure that business objectives and user needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals.
• Translate requirements into clear product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create high-quality UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and requirements.
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements post-launch.
• Stay informed on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, UI/UX Designer, or in a combined role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design capabilities for digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Background in product management or business analysis.
