Role: Flutter Developer (Full-Time, On-Site – Bahawalpur Only)

We are hiring a Flutter Developer to join our team in Bahawalpur. This is a full-time, on-site night shift role (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM) and is open only for candidates located in Bahawalpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth app performance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Debug and optimize app performance.

Stay updated with new technologies and implement best practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming.

Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party library integrations.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Experience deploying apps to Play Store/App Store is a plus.

A recommendation letter from a teacher is considered a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting Salary: PKR ,000 / month (performance-based growth opportunities).

Interview Process:

Candidates will be tested on their Flutter skills through a few coding tasks from our ongoing projects. The focus will be on their proficiency, problem-solving ability, and confidence in handling real-world development challenges.
