Role: Sales Development Representative (Onsite - Night Shift)

We are hiring a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
for our Bahawalpur office. This is a full-time
onsite, night-shift
role. The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting outreach via phone/email, and building a strong sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and contribute directly to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in
    inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
    preferred
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Job Details

Location: Bahawalpur (Onsite only)

Shift: Night shift (US/International clients)

Salary:
PKR 20,000 – depending on experience)
