Timing: Monday to Friday, 04:30 PM - 12:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Operator with specific experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. Candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all production and inventory data within the SAP system. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of our material consumption, production yields and overall operational efficiency, particularly in processes like injection molding extrusion and compounding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and manage data in SAP for various plastic manufacturing processes, including production orders, material master records, and bills of materials (BOMs) specific to plastic products.
  • Record goods receipts of raw materials (resins, colorants, additives) and manage goods issues for production runs.
  • Monitor and reconcile material consumption during production, ensuring it aligns with SAP records.
  • Ensure all production yields and scrap data are accurately captured and reported in the system.
  • Generate and analyze SAP reports to monitor production performance, material usage, and inventory levels.
  • Work closely with the production floor team to verify material usage and production output in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure product specifications and quality checks are properly recorded in SAP.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, B (Tech) or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 02-03 years of proven experience as an SAP Operator or similar role, with specific exposure to the plastic manufacturing or polymer processing industry.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong practical knowledge of SAP, with a focus on SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning) modules.
  • Familiarity with production processes such as injection molding, extrusion, or compounding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
