Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making at Alestra Solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with department heads to evaluate financial impact of business initiatives and investments.
  • Support long-term strategic planning, including profitability modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements across entities, ensuring timely reconciliation and accuracy of all accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to optimize cost structures, employee benefits, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CA (Finalist)/CBA, ACCA, or CPA (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
