Details Of Role

Provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Campaign Classic solutions.

Lead development teams in configuring and customizing Adobe Campaign Classic workflows and interconnected MarTech platforms.

Ensure best practices for data integration, security, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Mandatory Skills

Technical Expertise:

Deep expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic or similar marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Outbound or Real Time Marketing, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo etc.).

Strong knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and integrations (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).

Experience with campaign management, segmentation, personalization, and workflow automation.

Database management skills (SQL, MySQL, NoSQL) for handling large-scale marketing databases.

Expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling.

Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Proficiency in scripting and development (JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar).

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

Tools & Software

Marketing Automation Platforms:

Adobe Campaign Classic, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Outbound or Real Time Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud,

Oracle Eloqua, Marketo.

Programming & Scripting

JavaScript, SQL, Java, Python (as required by platform).

Integration & Data Management

API management, ETL tools, middleware platforms.
  • Collaboration & Documentation:

Jira, Confluence, Git, Slack, Microsoft Teams.

Database Management

SQL, MySQL, NoSQL. Project Management & Methodologies:
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Risk management & mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder collaboration & alignment with business needs.
  • Technical documentation & knowledge sharing.
