We are scaling fast — and we need a technical operator who knows how to connect all the dots.

This role is for someone who doesn't just know GoHighLevel… but understands how to make it sing. Someone who can integrate data sources, build automations, run SMS/email/voicemail campaigns, and streamline systems without supervision.

You Must Know How To:

  • Build and manage multi-step GHL workflows
  • Verify and rotate sending numbers with Twilio or LeadConnector
  • Set up AI appointment setters, cold text sequences, voicemail drops, and inbox routing
  • Integrate with Zapier for lead import and syncing from Apollo, LinkedIn, Facebook, or scraped sources
  • Connect and configure WordPress pages with embedded funnels, blogs, and tracking tools
  • Build and manage custom appointment systems with automation follow-ups
  • Use Clearbit, Hunter, and similar tools for lead verification

Bonus Skills:

  • Setting up AI voice or SMS bots to handle responses and appointment confirmations
  • Managing contact time rules (e.g., 8:34am–8:34pm time zone logic)
  • Comfortable jumping into manual processes when automation breaks
