Coordinator Finance

WWF-Pakistan is seeking a passionate and skilled professional to join our team as a Coordinator Finance & Procurement for the WRAP Project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

■ Location: Abbottabad

■ Contract Type: Long-term

■ Work Week: Monday–Friday (40 hours)

■ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement plans in line with WWF's policies.

• Oversee vendor evaluation, pre-qualification, and maintain approved vendor lists.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and account reconciliations.

• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with WWF and donor requirements.

• Collaborate with program staff to forecast fund requirements and ensure smooth financial operations.

• Maintain systematic records of procurement, assets, and finance.

■ Qualification & Experience

• Master's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or Business Administration.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and operations.

• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP (preferably Odoo) and Microsoft Office 365.

• Knowledge of taxation rules and withholding tax compliance.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
