About the Role

We're looking for a
creative and tech-driven CapCut Video Editor
with expertise in
AI-based video tools and automation
to join our growing content and marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands storytelling, design, and how to leverage AI to produce scroll-stopping, professional, and engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and enhance short-form and long-form videos using
    CapCut
    and other advanced tools.
  • Integrate
    AI features
    (auto-captioning, scene detection, background replacement, face tracking, etc.) to improve workflow and creativity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce branded, high-quality video content.
  • Optimize videos for platforms such as
    TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook
    , and
    LinkedIn
    .
  • Stay updated with emerging
    AI video tools
    , effects, and editing trends.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience
    as a
    Video Editor
    (CapCut projects preferred).
  • Deep understanding of
    CapCut desktop/web version
    and its
    AI editing features
    .
  • Familiarity with AI tools like
    Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, ElevenLabs, or Synthesia
    is a plus.
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver creative ideas.
  • Basic knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • AI voiceover generation & auto-lip sync tools.
  • AI-based visual enhancement (upscaling, background removal, auto cut).
  • Thumbnail design and short-form content strategy.
