Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused sales executive who is fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate has prior telesales/inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Livedin's services.
  • Respond professionally to inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs, explain product/service offerings clearly, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Record all customer interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of converted leads.
  • Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, call center, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
