𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 10-12 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-- Architect integrations between Dynatrace, Splunk, BMC, SolarWinds and ServiceNow ITOM for

event enrichment, auto-ticketing & intelligent incident response.

-- Lead CMDB & Service Mapping projects ensuring accurate modeling of infrastructure, apps &

business services.

-- Define and implement Service Portfolio & Service Catalog framework aligned with SLAs &

business outcomes.

-- Drive AIOps & Operational Intelligence within ServiceNow (predictive analytics, anomaly

detection & impact analysis).

-- Collaborate with Observability teams to standardize CI relationships & dashboards.

-- Oversee CMDB reconciliation, data federation, and customization.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

-- 8–12 years of ServiceNow Architecture & enterprise ITSM/ITOM experience.

-- Proven track record in AIOps, CMDB & Monitoring integrations.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧:

1- ServiceNow ITOM Event Management

2- Service Mapping & Discovery

3- CMDB Modeling & CI Relationships

4- Service Portfolio & Catalog Design

5- Experience integrating Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC, SolarWinds into

ServiceNow.

6- Knowledge of MID Server, orchestration & ITOM dashboards.

7- ServiceNow CSA / CIS (ITOM or CMDB) certifications preferred.
