Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong product knowledge to bridge the gap between clients, technical teams, and the market.

You will research industry requirements, identify gaps in our SaaS, ERP, E-commerce, and POS products, and help shape product strategy.

This role also involves spotting new business opportunities and advising on product positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Industry & Market Research

Analyze industry trends, regulations, and competitor
products
.

Identify missing features in our products vs. industry
standards
.

Maintain an updated knowledge base of market needs.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Work with clients & internal teams to gather requirements.

Translate needs into clear product specifications.

Align with Product Manager & Development Team.

Product Improvement

Recommend new features, integrations, and enhancements.

Support in defining product roadmap & priorities.

Conduct gap analysis between product capabilities & client needs.

Business Growth & Strategy

Spot new market opportunities & target industries.

Suggest product positioning & pricing strategies.

Support sales & marketing with industry insights.

Communication & Documentation

Prepare BRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure all requirements are documented & approved.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business, IT, Computer Science (MBA is a plus).

3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst.

Strong knowledge of SaaS, ERP, E-commerce, and POS systems.

Analytical & problem-solving skills.

Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Experience in market & competitor analysis.
