About Us:

We are a growing digital marketing agency delivering high-quality services in Web Development, SEO, Google My Business (GMB) Optimization, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Graphic Design, and Content Writing. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Team Lead to manage our backend operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure our clients' success.

Role Overview:

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a talented backend team consisting of Web Developers, SEO Specialists, GMB Experts, Social Media Marketers, Graphic Designers, and Content Writers. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the backend digital marketing team.

  • Coordinate tasks between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.

  • Oversee ongoing projects and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.

  • Communicate directly with clients to manage relationships, gather feedback, and maintain retention.

  • Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met.

  • Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Resolve team and client issues proactively to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a diverse digital marketing team (Web Development, SEO, GMB, SMM, Graphic Design, and Content Writing).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.

  • Experience in client handling and project management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of SEO, GMB, social media strategies, and web development basics.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
