We are seeking a 
motivated and experienced Call Center Team Lead
 to oversee a dynamic team of customer service representatives working on a 
UK-based campaign
. You will be responsible for managing performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and delivering excellent service aligned with campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of call center agents on the campaign.
  • Monitor daily performance, call quality, and adherence to campaign standards.
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on team metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).
  • Implement process improvements to boost productivity and service quality.
  • Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Motivate and engage the team to exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3-4 years of experience
     in a call center environment.
  • At least
    2 year in a supervisory or team lead role
     (preferably for a UK/International campaign).
  • Flexibility to work UK shift timings.
  • Proficiency in CRM and call center software/tools.
