Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled
**.NET Developer / Application Support Engineer**
to join our team for
client-based projects
. This role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting business applications while working closely with clients to ensure system stability, performance, and timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies along with experience in application support and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using **C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core**.

* Build and support web applications using **ASP.NET MVC and Web APIs**.

* Ensure application scalability, performance, and secure integrations with external systems using **REST APIs**.

* Provide day-to-day **application support** for client systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.

* Perform **root-cause analysis** and coordinate fixes with development and testing teams.

* Handle **incident and problem management** in accordance with defined SLAs.

* Write and execute **basic SQL queries** for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.

* Work with **MS SQL Server** to support application data requirements.

* Use **Visual Studio and Git** for development, version control, and code management.

* Document issues, fixes, and technical processes for client and internal reference.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with **clients** to understand requirements and provide timely updates.

* Follow **SDLC best practices** and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong experience with **C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core**.

* Hands-on experience with **ASP.NET MVC and Web API development**.

* Working knowledge of **MS SQL Server** and basic SQL querying.

* Experience in **application and system monitoring**.

* Understanding of **incident, problem, and change management** processes.

* Familiarity with **ITSM tools** such as **ServiceNow or JIRA**.

* Experience using **Git** and **Visual Studio**.

* Good understanding of **RESTful integrations**.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience working in a **client-facing or client-based environment**.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

* Willingness to provide support during critical incidents when required.
