We're hiring Site Supervisors in
the twin cities Islamabad/ Rawalpindi.

Looking for experienced professionals to oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality and safety standards, manage labor and resources, and support project documentation.

Candidates should have a
DAE (Civil) or Quantity Surveyor certification
, 2–4 years of site supervision experience, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Salary:
60k (50k basic + 10 k transport)

No Accommodation Included

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

Ensure quality of work, safety standards, and project timelines.

Manage labor, materials, and equipment on site.

Prepare daily progress reports and share with management.

Assist engineers and project managers with site documentation.

Monitor costs and minimize wastage of resources.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE – Civil) or Quantity Surveyor certification.

2–4 years of experience in construction supervision.

Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.

Ability to handle site staff and contractors effectively.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
