Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Islamabad. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and maintaining detailed reports. The individual will manage a team of security personnel, develop and implement security protocols, and communicate effectively with staff and clients to address security concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and experience managing a team
  • Expertise in Physical Security and maintaining safety protocols
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Operations Management capabilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Relevant security certifications and training are a plus
  • Previous experience in the security industry is preferred
