Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ) along with Python and exposure to AI technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building smart, scalable digital applications including AI-powered features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and automation tools for our pharma, logistics, retail, and food businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive and scalable web applications using , , and
  • Build backend services using Python and integrate machine learning models into digital products
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with internal systems (ERP, POS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with data scientists to implement AI use cases like classification, forecasting, or NLP
  • Assist in developing or integrating chatbot solutions (e.g., for customer service or order tracking)
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and code reviews
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
  • Document application flows, APIs, and architecture

Required Technical Skills:

Frontend:

Backend:

  • Basic knowledge of chatbot frameworks or platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom NLP solutions)

DevOps/Tools:

  • Git, GitHub/GitLab, Docker
  • Basic cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with chatbot integrations or conversational AI
  • AI use cases relevant to pharma, retail, logistics, or restaurant domains
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, EBS and their API-based integration
  • Exposure to real-time data pipelines or analytics dashboards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 4 years of relevant experience in full stack development (MERN + Python)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
