Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager IT Managed Services & Microsoft Cloud, located in Lahore. The Technical Project Manager will oversee project management activities, lead project teams, manage program schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of IT managed services and Microsoft Cloud solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with various stakeholders, tracking project progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring project goals are met within the defined scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Program Management experience
  • Deep understanding of Managed Services models (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security).
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder management
  • Proven Project Management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Team Leadership skills for managing and guiding project teams
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in IT managed services and Microsoft Cloud solutions is a plus
  • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (MS-900 / AZ-900, AZ-104), ITIL Foundation, or equivalent ITSM understanding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
