We are currently looking for a
Technical Project Manager
who can lead multiple IT and AI-based projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, technically sound, and passionate about driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

• Define, plan, and manage the complete lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Break down requirements into clear technical tasks and assign responsibilities.
• Track project progress using
  Jira, Asana, ClickUp, and Zoho Cliq
  to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges while preparing mitigation strategies.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and business analysts.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client meetings.
• Act as a communication bridge between technical teams, management, and clients.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project objectives, progress, and changes.

Technical & Process Management

• Apply knowledge of
  software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  .
• Oversee AI-driven and IT-based product development ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
• Conduct project documentation including
  scope documents, functional requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals
  .
• Implement project management best practices for task allocation, reporting, and productivity.
• Ensure integration of communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Cliq, Slack, or MS Teams) for smooth team coordination.

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor team productivity and resource utilization.
• Generate weekly/monthly project status reports for management and clients.
• Track KPIs such as project completion rate, delivery timelines, budget utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-project analysis to identify gaps, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Tools Knowledge

• Strong command of project management and task-tracking tools:
• Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Zoho Cliq, Confluence, Trello, Slack.
• Excellent
  documentation and reporting
  skills with experience in tools like Confluence/Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of
  Agile/Scrum methodologies
  and ability to lead sprint-based deliveries.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal
  communication skills
  in English.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• AI-based product development and SaaS platforms
  .
• Web and mobile application development
  .
• IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).
• Ability to understand
  technical requirements
  and translate them into executable tasks.
• Conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
  .
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
  as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager in an IT or product-based company.
• Certifications like
  PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master
  will be a plus.
• Experience in managing
  AI-driven projects, SaaS products, or IT enterprise applications
  preferred.
