Webflow Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to create, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performance websites. The ideal candidate has strong Webflow expertise, understands modern UI/UX, and can convert designs into pixel-perfect, functional Webflow builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using Webflow (pages, CMS, interactions, animations, layouts).
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into responsive Webflow websites.
• Build and manage Webflow CMS collections, components, and reusable templates.
• Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and user experience.
• Implement interactions, animations, and micro-interactions using Webflow Designer.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party tools (forms, automations, analytics, API-based embeds).
• Troubleshoot and fix Webflow issues, bugs, or styling inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams.
• Maintain clean structure, naming conventions, and Webflow best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong Webflow portfolio.
• Deep understanding of Webflow Designer, CMS, Interactions, and responsive design.
• Ability to build custom components with proper structure (classes, combo classes, global styles).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (Webflow native or manual).
• Understanding of SEO basics (meta tags, alt text, structure, performance optimization).
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
• Strong attention to detail and clean design sense.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge for Webflow embeds.
• Experience integrating Zapier, , HubSpot forms, or other automation tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience managing Webflow hosting, backups, and site publishing.
