Our partner is looking for a Wordpress/Webflow Developer & Sales Coordinator to support their Amazon wholesale business. This role requires a mix of technical and client-facing skills, focusing on website management, lead integration, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have experience with no-code development tools such as Webflow or WordPress and be able to enhance website functionality, integrate Zendesk for lead management, and ensure smooth client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve the company website using no-code tools like Webflow or WordPress to enhance user experience and lead generation.
  • Integrate and optimize Zendesk for lead capture and automation, ensuring smooth routing to sales agents.
  • Respond to client emails professionally, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless communication flow.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management.
  • Monitor and update website content, ensuring it aligns with business goals and branding.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations on website performance and lead conversion improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience with no-code website builders such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar tools (required).
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or other CRM and lead management tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client emails professionally.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and improve website functionality without coding.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the Amazon wholesale or e-commerce industry is a plus.
