About the Role

We are seeking a highly competitive Internal Auditor to join our client's organization in the middle management cadre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management practices, and accounting standards. This role requires a proactive professional who can design, implement, and enforce Internal Audit Policies and SOPs in line with the latest industry practices and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal audit policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Conduct risk assessments and design audit plans to address identified risks.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform operational and financial audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, minimize risk, and strengthen compliance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings with practical solutions to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting and auditing standards, as well as industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with a Chartered Accountants firm and in the Internal Audit department of an FMCG company.
  • Age: 30 to 40 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA (FICO module) will be a strong advantage.

Compensation:

  • Gross Salary: PKR 150,000 per month
  • PF
  • Subsidized meals
