Role Description

We're looking for a
Product Manager
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of defining, building, and improving CandidateSide's core products and tools that empower job seekers. You'll work closely with leadership, design, engineering, marketing, and sales to turn vision into execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company goals and needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, users, and market trends.
  • Design and analyze experiments to drive lift in CTR, CVR, and revenue
  • Translate business and user requirements into clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Drive product discovery: user research, competitor analysis, and testing prototypes.
  • Monitor product performance through metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, NPS).
  • Iterate quickly: use data and feedback to improve features and user experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales to ensure product launches succeed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to read and work with PHP codebases to coordinate implementation.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data to drive product decisions.
  • Understanding of search intent, landing page optimization, and user behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, can align stakeholders and inspire teams.
  • Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and using PM tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in recruitment tech, SaaS, or service-based industries.
  • Prior exposure to user experience (UX) design and/or A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Experience working closely with remote/ distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and timelines.
