Sr Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong creative edge and strategic mindset to lead our online marketing efforts. This role requires expertise in crafting engaging social media ad posts, identifying and leveraging market trends, and managing lead generation, viewership, and audience engagement strategies across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, design, and manage compelling ad posts and campaigns for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Ensure ad creatives align with the brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.).
Education:
- A Master's degree (e.g., MBA or a specialization in Marketing or Digital Strategy) is highly preferred.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Data Analytics, or Marketing Automation Platforms.
Experience:
- 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years of experience in digital/social media marketing, especially in running ad campaigns in a senior leadership or strategic marketing role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
