We are looking for a proactive and sharp Marketing & Digital Marketing (Basic) who knows how to get things done without constant supervision. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, learns fast, and executes ideas with speed and precision.

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing maketing activities across platforms, using AI tools to streamline content creation, design, and campaign execution—minimizing dependency on external designers or agencies.

This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is hungry to learn, experiment, and grow while delivering real results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) to create graphics, copy, and campaign assets without waiting on designers.
  • Manage social media accounts with a focus on engagement and growth.
  • Track performance across campaigns, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI tools, digital trends, and growth hacks.
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects from idea to execution.
  • Think of new ideas and execute them.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in marketing/digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content and design is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
