Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute impactful social media marketing strategies for our brands. The ideal candidate will understand brand requirements, research target audiences, and craft viral content strategies to increase engagement, brand visibility, and conversions. This role requires close collaboration with the in-house design team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns that align with brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies tailored to each brand.
  • Conduct targeted audience and market research to guide content direction and campaign planning.
  • Create and manage viral content strategies that drive high engagement and organic reach.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house design and content teams to produce impactful visuals, videos, and creatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and growth; prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Executive with successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, content virality, and audience psychology.
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand goals into engaging campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
