Al Meezan Associates is hiring a Quantity Surveyor.

We are looking for someone experienced in BOQs, MRS-based billing, and government department billing. The ideal candidate should be confident in quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and preparing bills accurately. If you are detail-oriented, good with numbers, and can work within deadlines, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and verification of Government Billing
  • Strong grip over MRS (Market Rate System)
  • BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and cost estimations
  • Rate analysis and handling variation orders
  • Coordination with site team and Government departments
  • Documentation for measurements, IPCs and final bills

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD measurement tools preferred
  • Knowledge of PEC, Govt. rules and procedures will be a plus
  • Attention to detail and energetic problem-solver attitude
