About the Role

We are looking for an Estimator to join our Lahore-based team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, material take-offs for residential projects across Australia, ensuring alignment with Australian building standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural and structural drawings to prepare detailed quantity and labour take-offs.
  • Develop complete cost estimates covering materials, labour, plant, and subcontractor pricing.
  • Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotes.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks.
  • Prepare and maintain tender documents, pricing schedules, and comparison sheets.
  • Collaborate with the Australian
  • estimating and construction teams to ensure accuracy and buildability.
  • Assist with post-contract variations and budget tracking when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Masters degree in Quantity
  • Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 2+ years of estimating experience, ideally in residential or commercial construction in Australia
  • Proficient in CostX, Cubit, BuildSoft, Bluebeam, or MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards.
