System Support Engineer

As a Tier 1 System Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical support requests. You'll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, resolve basic IT issues, and escalate complex cases to higher tiers. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to build your IT career in a dynamic and global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for system, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets using a helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot common end-user issues with Windows, Office 365, and networking.
  • Assist with system setups, configurations, and user account management.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams.
  • Document common problems and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 1 year plus of IT support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and networking.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month
