Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Finishing Manager for Woven Pants to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of woven/denim bottom production and finishing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the finishing department for woven pants.
  • Ensure garment quality, measurements, and finishing standards are met.
  • Monitor thread cutting, pressing, trimming, packing, and final inspection processes.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and marketing departments to meet shipment deadlines.
  • Implement quality control procedures to reduce defects and improve output.
  • Maintain daily production reports and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Train and guide finishing team members for productivity and quality improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and finishing specifications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finishing woven/denim pants (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Good understanding of garment/pants quality standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
