Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly female receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. She will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient communication and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

● Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

● Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

● Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

● Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes if required.

● Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

● Assist HR/Administration with documentation, filing, and data entry.

● Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff.

● Handle inquiries (in person, by phone, or via email) and direct them to the appropriate department.

● Maintain confidentiality of company information at all times.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); additional certifications in office management is a plus.

● Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.

● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

● Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
