Hiring: Expert for Identification & Mobilization of Trainees

Location: Lahore

Compensation: PKR 5,000 per trainee

Scope of Work (SoW):

1 Identification of Returnees & Marginalized Groups

  • Develop and implement a framework to identify returnee migrants and marginalized groups (women, non-Muslims, Persons with Disabilities).
  • Collect and verify documentation to establish eligibility.
  • Conduct socio-economic and educational assessments.

2 Mobilization of Trainees

  • Design and execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (community outreach, NGOs, social media, posters, newspaper ads, etc.).
  • Engage with communities and stakeholders for grassroots-level mobilization.
  • Ensure 60% returnees and 40% marginalized groups participation.

3 Data Collection & Reporting

  • Maintain a verified database of beneficiaries.
  • Share regular progress reports with PSDF.
  • Submit final dataset with demographics and verification details.

4 Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with PSDF, training providers, and employers.
  • Participate in review meetings and provide advisory inputs for continuous improvement.

District & Trade-wise Shortlisted Candidate Lists

Ensure 60% trainee completion rate
