Account Setup Specialist (SaaS Platform)

We're looking for a detail-oriented
Account Setup Specialist
to join our team and support the onboarding process for our SaaS platform. This role will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to gather raw customer data, preparing it for import, and setting up customer accounts accurately within the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate customer data.
  • Organize and clean data using Excel or other data tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Set up and configure new customer accounts in the SaaS platform according to defined processes.
  • Verify data integrity and troubleshoot account setup issues as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and timely completion of setups.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of setup procedures and customer configurations.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    (data cleaning, lookups, formatting, etc.).
  • Excellent
    communication and coordination
    skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Prior experience working with SaaS or data-driven tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple account setups simultaneously and meet deadlines.
